Imperial Custom Apparel is Hiring a Social Media Specialist Near Miami, FL
Hours: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic LIVE Sales Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging the power of TikTok Live to showcase and sell our trendy t-shirt designs to our women based audience. Operating from our in-person location, you will engage with customers in real time, showcasing our diverse range of shirts and effectively communicating the benefits of shopping with us.
You will have a base salary every day of $100 (Whether you sell volume or not) and then you will have commission given on top based on how many orders come in from your LIVE. Extra commission is from $50-$300 a day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct LIVE sales sessions on TikTok, showcasing our t-shirt designs and engaging with potential customers.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to highlight the unique features and benefits of each shirt.
- Interact with viewers in a friendly and engaging manner, answering questions and providing assistance as needed.
- Drive sales by effectively communicating promotions, discounts, and special offers.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance while on camera.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute engaging LIVE sales events.
- Ensure the studio section is well-organized and stocked with all shirt designs for seamless presentation.
- Provide feedback and insights to the team to continually improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, with the ability to convey enthusiasm and energy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the designated location.
